1. Services Provided

KraftForge Labs offers a range of fabrication services, including but not limited to:

• Precision 3D Printing: Utilizing advanced technologies to produce high-quality parts and prototypes.

• Laser Cutting & Engraving: Providing precise cutting and engraving services for various materials.

• CNC Machining: Offering CNC milling and lathe operations for custom parts.

• Woodworking & Lathe Operations: Crafting custom wood pieces and furniture.

• Epoxy Resin Creations: Designing and producing epoxy resin products.

• Custom Painting & Finishing: Applying professional finishes to enhance the appearance and durability of products.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing Accurate Files: Ensuring that all submitted files are correct, properly formatted, and free from errors.

• Design Ownership: Guaranteeing that they hold the necessary rights to use and reproduce any designs submitted for fabrication.

• Compliance with Laws: Ensuring that their projects comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Clients retain ownership of their designs. However, by submitting designs to KraftForge Labs, clients grant us a non-exclusive license to use the designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

• Confidentiality: We commit to keeping all client designs confidential and will not use them for any purpose other than the agreed-upon services.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified on our website.

• Payment Schedule: Full payment is required before the commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges and may delay the processing of orders.

5. Order Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced. However, if an error is made on our part, we will work with the client to resolve the issue.

6. Delivery and Shipping

• Lead Times: Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet these timelines, they are estimates and not guarantees.

• Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the product.

• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

KraftForge Labs is not liable for:

• Design Errors: Issues arising from errors in the client’s submitted designs.

• Third-Party Claims: Claims related to intellectual property infringement.

• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Warranty

We provide a warranty for our services to ensure that the products meet the specifications agreed upon. However, this warranty does not cover:

• Design Defects: Issues resulting from errors in the client’s submitted designs.

• Post-Production Modifications: Changes made to the product after delivery.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

10. Changes to Terms

KraftForge Labs reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
