Return & Refund Policy

At KraftForge Labs, we take pride in delivering high-quality, precision-crafted products tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our services, our return policy is as follows.

Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable

All products are made-to-order based on your submitted designs, materials, and instructions. As such, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect file or specifications provided by the customer

  • Minor deviations within acceptable manufacturing tolerances

 

Issues with Quality or Accuracy

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved specifications, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may:

  • Offer a free reprint or replacement

  • Provide store credit

  • Request photo evidence or return of the faulty product for inspection

Note: Claims made after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The order was canceled before production began

  • A mistake was made by KraftForge Labs that cannot be resolved by reprinting or repairing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier if needed.
